How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by browsing our collections and adding items to your cart. For bespoke orders or customizations, please contact us at through the chat option.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 1 day of delivery for ready-to-wear items, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Customized or bespoke items are not eligible for returns.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary based on the type of order and your location. Ready-to-wear items are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days, while customized orders may take longer. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, and international shipping can take 10-15 business days.
What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and UPI. For international orders, we accept payments via PayPal and international credit cards.
How can I track my order?

Domestic Shipping (Within India)
All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 10 to 12 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and external factors such as public holidays or courier service delays.
International Shipping
For international clients, orders are tentatively delivered within 18 to 20 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please be aware that customs clearance processes and local regulations may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
